From the cruise terminal in Phillipsberg, St.Maarten, Bernard's Tours will pick you up at a time convenient to you. Your first stop is at the Great Bay, overlooking the city. This is the perfect site to view the Waterfront and Cruise Liners docked in the harbors.
At Cay Hill, the next stop, you get a breathtaking, magnificent and panoramic view of the Princess Juliana International Airport, the famous Samson Bay Lagoon and the ever popular Marina, home of the annual Heineken Regatta. Your journey continues until you arrive at Marigot on the French side where you can savor the cuisine, architecture and typical French Creole culture of the Caribbean. Just a few minutes away, the La Savanne Look out Point provides a picture perfect view of the Grand Case district and the neighboring island of Anguilla. Having seen the warm turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, it is now time to have a dip.
You will spend 2 hours at Orient Beach, where you will enjoy the beach and shopping in the area.
And there is the favorite, Maho Beach, where you can watch the airplanes fly right over your head as they approach the airport. You will get to maho in time to see the big planes and have time for a drink.
Bernard's Tours has various beaches to choose from. Shopping will be on the french and dutch side. They can handle any amount of visitors contact them direct to make arrangements for large groups. Specials are avaible for large groups.

Some beaches will allow you to idle romantically on the warm sand while others offer all kind of amusements such as surfing the large waves, beach volleying, and so more... Some others are reserved only for those who find nudity appropriate.
Romance is everywhere on the Island, especially on the tiny beaches snuggled between rocky cliffs and those with large stretches of white sand.
Families with little ones are not the last nevertheless. They have their own beaches where safety is taken very seriously.
And of course your tour will not be complete without paying a visit to our many shops where you will be able to take advantage of St. Maarten's duty free products, at the many jewelry and gift shops on Front Street in town or on the waterfront in Marigot. Duty-free shopping in St. Maarten can save the buyer up to 50% regular North American prices, especially on luxury goods such as crystal, leather, jewelry, perfumes, and liquor.
Shopping is at the end of the tour, from 2.30 pm until you are ready to go back to the ship. If you want to stay later than the normal tour time, you can walk back to the ship (which is about ten minutes walk) or you can take a cab for $3.00/pp

- Marigot - open market (French Capital) - 40 minutes.
- Hilltop at Orient Bay overlooking the beach.
- Swim at Orient Beach for two hours.
- Return to Philipsburg.
Note: Shopping at the famous Rima's store will be for 20 minutes.
