The prices of charters cover up to six passengers and include all bait, tackle, and ice. We'll assist you with your food by doing the shopping for you (snacks, fried chicken, sandwiches, beer, sodas, etc.) and collect at the time of charter.

When you charter a Born Free Fishing boat, we want you to have a great experience whether you choose to fish or go snorkeling, picnicking, or site-seeing. We are proud of our three yachts. Born Free, Born Free II and Born Free IV have been in service over twenty years, providing the best in deep-sea providing the Best in fishing and boat charters.
Half day charters are 4 hours. We can leave as early as 7am for the early bird fisherman. You can go trolling on the ocean or do light tackle fishing over the reefs. One great thing about fishing here is that your lines go in the water within 20 to 30 minutes of leaving the dock, no long runs to get to the fish.
Full day charters are also available. We can also take up to 12 People onboard Born Free and Born Free IV. Please contact Born Free Charter Service for more details.
What a great way to spend a day on the sea. You can combine fishing with snorkeling and picnicking or just have a great day of fishing. With the extended time you will cover more of the fishing ground and have much more fishing experiences. You may choose to do one of our specialty full day charters to the Exuma Cays or the Berry Islands, each about 35 miles from Nassau.
A specialty of Born Free Charter Service is shark fishing. The boat is anchored in channels where chum lines are put out. Test your skills in a challenging fight with lemon sharks, hammerhead, tiger, bull, and black tip sharks. They range in size from 5 to 12 feet and from 200 pounds and up.
The experienced angler might bring a shark into the boat within 30 minutes while the novice shark fisherman might take up to 1 ½ to 2 hours to do the same. You will get lots of help from our very experienced crew who will make it a very exciting event for you. Bring your shark to the boat, take its picture and release it for another day. We offer half day and full day charters for shark fishing but Captain Pinder recommends a full day charter to allow for a really great shark fishing experience.
On the full day trip you might go as far as 16 miles from Nassau to find the really big sharks. Are you ready for the challenge?
